A block of tempeh, here I used Angie's Tempeh Organic, non-GMO Chickpea Tempeh
Tempura Flour
1 Egg
A cup of water
Oil (I used canola oil)
Some πππ¬ π§ππ£π¦ to make the best tempura!
Coat tempeh in tempura flour before frying
Check temperature of oil before it is ready to fry by dipping chopstick into batter and then test it in the oil. If the batter is bubbling, the oil is ready to fry your tempura
Drip the batter along your tempura piece to make it *extraa* crispy
