The satay marinade makes this such an addictive snack on its own! It is super easy to prepare. After thawing, just 15 minutes in an 180 degrees celsius oven. I made a sandwich with it and it is divine.
The marinated tempeh satay is good to eat even on its own without satay sauce. Each stick has 2 pieces equivalent to the size of 2 sticks of meat satay. So having 6 sticks for lunch was way too much. Glad I tried this.
Fav tempeh amongst all. I coated the tempehs with olive oil and some salt, used an airfryer and they turned out crispy and yummy!
