Lentils are also packed with folate, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc and potassium.
Fresh, homemade tempeh has a fuller, more fresh flavor than any store-bought version out there. It’s so delicious that youcan eat it on its own without seasoning. 🤤🤤 This tempeh is best served cut into thin 1-2cm thick slices and then PAN-FRIED until golden brown.
