As a complete protein, quinoa contains all nine essential amino acids – including the elusive lysine and isoleucine acids, which most other grains lack. Quinoa is therefore an excellent choice for vegans and vegetarians.
Fresh, homemade tempeh has a fuller, more fresh flavor than any store-bought version out there. It’s so delicious that you can eat it on its own without seasoning. 🤤🤤 This tempeh is best served cut into thin 1-2cm thick slices and then PAN-FRIED until golden brown.

❄️ TO LAST FOR 3 MONTHS MINIMUM: store in freezer (-12 degree C and below)⠀
⭐️ TO THAW FROM FROZEN: put in chiller (0-4 degree C) to thaw for 1-2 hr. Cook immediately after thawing
