In this video recipe, we will share how to make Teriyaki Tempeh from scratch. For this recipe you will need:

đ¸ 1 cup Sake (Japanese rice wine)
đ¸ 1 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
đ¸ 1 cup white sugar
đ¸ 2 pieces of Angie's Organic Handmade Tempeh
Instructions:
1ď¸âŁ Mix sake, soy sauce, and sugar in equal parts of 1:1:1 ratio in saucepan
2ď¸âŁ Cook it on medium heat for 20-30 minutes, keep stirring throughout to let it reduce and thicken. Once it achieves a viscous consistency, set it aside for use
3ď¸âŁ Pan fry the tempeh until golden brown, use a generous amount of oil to fry it to get this yummy looking finish. Flip over the tempeh when one side is done
4ď¸âŁ Drizzle teriyaki sauce over tempeh, chop up seaweed to garnish, a little side of Kewpie mayo to make it extraa drool worthy. Serve with a bowl of rice.
