1 pizza crust
2 tbsp pasta sauce
4 Swiss brown mushrooms (sliced)
¼ fresh pineapple (sliced)
4 cherry tomatoes
½ packet Angie's Organic Buckwheat Tempeh (100g - sliced in squares)
½ packet Angie's Organic Quinoa Tempeh (100g - sliced in squares)
¼ cup kale (stalk removed)
⅛ cup vegan mozzarella
2 basil leaves (sliced thinly)
Olive oil for panfrying

Instructions

Preheat oven at 210°C. Heat frying pan with olive oil. Panfry tempeh till golden brown and crispy. Set aside to drain and cool.
Spread pasta sauce over pizza crust. Top the pizza with mushroom, pineapple, cherry tomatoes, tempeh and kale. Lastly, top the mozzarella over the ingredients.
Tip: The mozzarella helps to bind all the ingredients to the crust, preventing them from falling off. Add more mozzarella if you want it extra cheesy.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Top with sliced fresh basil and serve.
