Creative take on fusing soya beans and black together in a tempeh. Looks can be deceiving with some portions blackened due to the black beans, however, the aromatic fragrance and the sweetness of the black and yellow beans will win you over. There is a disclaimer. For those who don't like black beans may consider their soya and red together. Their taste is sweeter. I vote for both flavours, hands down.
Buckwheat & quinoa are my favourite tempehs. They are crispy after frying. I would like to try the satay ones if there is a non sweet version. Thank you for making many varieties of tempehs rather than soybeans.
Pair it with hummus or muhammara and the chips are delicious. Can be eaten plain too.
Just a simple grill with a little bit of sea salt..👍 it delicious 😋
I find that this too salty. it would be great to reduce the salt.
