1 packet Angie's Chickpea Tempeh Nuggets
2 cubes Japanese curry roux
60 ml water
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
6 tbsp condensed milk
1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Japanese vinegar

Instructions

Preheat oven at 180°C. Lay parchment paper on baking sheet. Arrange tempeh nugget in a single layer and put it into the oven to bake for 8 minutes. Flip halfway through.
While nugget is baking in the oven, add water to curry roux and peanut butter in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Remove from heat.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients and whisk till smooth.
Serve nuggets while it is hot with dipping sauce.
