Organic Soybean Tempeh - The Original Classic
The Soybean Tempeh is the very first item launched by Angie, and until this day it remains a classic favourite among customers. With its firm texture and delicious nutty flavour, it’s a wonderful and healthy plant-based protein for your everyday cooking.
Tempeh originated in Java decades ago and is traditionally made with soybean. Paying homage to the traditional tempeh, Angie visited Indonesia to learn from the masters and gave a twist to her soybean tempeh, ensuring that it is made with only the highest quality organic soybeans.
Ingredients
Organic soybeans, culture (Rhizopus oligosporous), filtered water
Size Options
Available in 200g.

Free delivery for orders above $50. Islandwide delivery at $8 for orders below $50.
Storage and Handling
Angie recommends cooking the tempeh within 1 week from delivery, storing it in the chiller at 0-4°C.
For longer storage, pop the tempeh in the freezer (-12°C and below). Thaw the tempeh in the chiller for 1-2 hours and cook it immediately after.

First time ordering, love the tempeh & ordering again.
Informed you about the chips being crashed when delivered & was glad that you offered replacement. But then little disappointed on this empty promises that the replaced never delivery after a week.
Hi Betty, thanks for the review. If you have not received the chips, kindly whatsapp us again about it as we have many customers and probably lost your message somewhere. We would be happy to assist.
Love this tempeh
I love all of Angie's Tempehs! No big-name brand even compares to the taste and texture. Most tempehs are bitter and mushy. Angie's Tempeh is perfectly nutty, mild, firm, and simply delicious! The soybean tempeh is my go-to for all our favorite recipes.
I enjoy eating Angie’s Tempeh following an event participant at ACM last year.
It is still my favorite tempeh to go for.
We did a salad like dish with fried tempeh, bean curd, French bean and onion with some garlic seasoning tossed in. The dish was a hit with the guests. Most were surprised the tempeh (which is a healthy food) tasted so good done this way
